Group Therapy

Small Curated Cohorts

Group therapy involves multiple participants, typically led by one or more therapists. It provides a supportive environment where individuals can share experiences and challenges, gaining insights from peers and therapists. This collective approach can enhance personal growth, promote healing, and improve interpersonal relationships.

Mindfulness is a transformative practice, enriching our connection with ourselves and the world. Through cultivating present awareness and acceptance, it empowers us to navigate life's challenges with resilience. In our group, we'll explore meditation, coping strategies, and deepen connections. Together, we create a nurturing community, fostering growth and healing.

"SIP: Seek Inner Peace" is the name of our closed group, designed to meet twice a month until the end of the year. The group’s main objective is to enhance participants' coping strategies through the use of mindfulness techniques.

Why this type of group? As the demand for mental health services grows, a significant gap remains in the treatment options available, specifically in the development of self-regulation and de-stressing skills. Mindfulness is an invaluable tool in this area, promoting somatic experiencing and relaxation techniques. Our group provides a practical, hands-on approach to learning these skills under the guidance of a knowledgeable instructor. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes, offering a supportive environment to practice and refine these techniques.
